Crew project

Tatics srl organised in Perugia on 25th July a multiplier event with local stakeholders including VET and Adult Training providers, ICT organisations and experts of the sector, Educational centers, creative and cultural organisations in Umbria Region.

It was the occasion to share the main results of the project, the intellectual outputs produced and to receive feedbacks on their potential of transferability in different fields or with different target groups.

In fact, Tatics proposed an informal final networking concept “Aperitif of Ideas”, during which the participants were asked to find their own way to guarantee the project results exploitation.

CREW outputs and method were considered to have a great potential of applicability for the youth in order to foster their resilience and occupability (through career management skills, communication and self-improvement skills), then self-test of required skills in the workplace was considered a strategic and useful tool by all the participating organisations.

The event terminated with the certificates distribution and cheerful drinks.
